DSLA Structure

The Dutch School Los Angeles is a non-profit public benefit corporation, governed by a board of directors. The corporation operates a number of school locations (currently three).

All locations have a similar structure: they fall under direct governance of the Board of Directors, and the educational program in all locations is the responsibility of one Head of School. The Head of School is a non-voting, ex-officio member of the Board of Directors.
